Ayah is a Palestinian-American producer based in Brooklyn, NY. She is a Film Independent Producing Lab and The Gotham/Rotterdam Lab fellow.

She founded 10 Mils Productions, through which she leverages her business background, the power of story, and her commitment to representation in the media to support storytellers from her communities.

Ayah co-produced Raed Alsemari’s DUNYA'S DAY (Sundance 2019). She produced Karina Dandashi’s DRESS UP (Short of the Week) and COUSINS (The New Yorker/Vimeo Staff Pick). Her film SWEET REFUGE (2023) by writer/director Maryam Mir, starring Laith Nakli (Hulu’s Ramy) was acquired by AMC+ and is now streaming on Omeleto and Nowness Asia.
